HOA Info Services is a service company available to assist real estate brokers, buyers and sellers involved in a real estate transaction, to ensure the required disclosure documents are delivered in a timely manner.

HOA Info Services is creating an online database of HOA disclosure documents so that Brokers can access the information without directly contacting the HOA volunteers.

Once a broker has set up an account, they can purchase individual HOA documents for $10.00 or the document Bundle which includes all of the available documents. Orders can also be placed manually by calling HOA Info Services, however there will be an administrative fee of $10.00.
